More than 70% of the world’s circular weft manufacturing enterprises come from China, and 70% of this industry is mainly in Quanzhou, where Jingzhun Machine company is located.
In order to promote the development of traditional industries to the direction of numerical control and intelligence, on the afternoon of April 26, the “Quanzhou Circular weft Machine industry Key generic technology exchange Seminar” co-sponsored by Quanzhou Jingzhun Machine Co., Ltd. and Quanzhou Equipment Association Talent Home was held in Jingzhun Machine company, supported by Quanzhou Equipment Manufacturing Research Institute, Herxi Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
Hu Mingqiang, director of Scientific Research Management Office of Quanzhou Equipment Manufacturing Research Institute, attended the seminar with many doctors and technical engineers, and also participated in the exchange with the leaders of upstream and downstream enterprises and related technical personnel of precision machinery, Fujian drive operation and control, textile machinery, piloting machinery and other circular weft machinery industries.
At the meeting, the participants discussed the development status and future development direction of Quanzhou circular weft machine. Huang Wencai, general manager of Jingzhun Machine, said that at present, the domestic flat knitting machine has reached the technical level of first-line garments, while the intelligence of circular knitting machine is still in the local function adjustment, the development is relatively lagging behind. It is hoped that through this exchange, the talent advantage and resources of the research institute will be combined to promote the quality and upgrading of circular knitting machine industry.
After the meeting, the secretary general of Quanzhou Equipment Association Zhang Yueliang said that the association will promote the establishment of the downstream of the Circle Weft machine to form industrial cooperation alliance, promote the in-depth participation of the main bodies of industry, university, research and use, smooth the innovation chain of the industry as well as the talent chain.
